One whole duck freshly cooked onsite. Peking Duck is a dish from Beijing (Peking) that has been prepared since the Imperial era. The meat is characterised by its thin, crispy skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little eat. The duck is seasoned before being roasted in an over. The meat is often eaten its spring onion, cucumber and hoisin sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings.
