We marinate our wings for 24 hours, smoke them for 1 hour, fry them until crispy golden brown and delicious. We then toss them in your choice of sauce, Texas BBQ, Buffalo or garlic butter( we toss the wings in sauce) if sauce is unspecified then wings are tossed in Texas BBQ sauce. Ranch dipping sauce is sold separately. Celery and carrot sticks are no longer included.
